ABOUT
The Event
The Event Planning students of Fanshawe College are proud to present Paint & Par-Tea, a heartfelt fundraiser in partnership with ANOVA Women’s Shelter, hosted at the charming DoughEV Café in London, Ontario.

This special gathering aims to amplify ANOVA’s vital work in the community, embodying their powerful vision of “A future without violence.” We will also honour the memory of Breanna Broadfoot, a beloved community member whose life was tragically lost to a cause of intimate partner violence (IPV). Through this event, we strive to raise awareness, foster meaningful conversations, and provide support for survivors.

Join us for an elegant afternoon of painting, tea, and pastries, while hearing from ANOVA’s Nikki Marsh, who will share insights into ANOVA’s mission and their ongoing efforts to support survivors. Professor Brett Broadfoot, Breanna’s father, will also be present to share heartfelt memories, honour her legacy, and raise awareness about intimate partner violence.

Let’s come together and make a difference. This event is more than an afternoon of tea and painting—it’s a movement for awareness, remembrance, and a future free from violence.
